Despite the popular view that so called ‘garden grabbing’ has been outlawed Re-Format has achieved planning consent in Winchester for four new dwellings as a replacement of one. The scheme was acknowledged by the planners as being very well conceived and demonstrates that good design in response to planning policies is the key to achieving development permission.
