Winner of a 2006 Housing Design Award (original scheme) now being developed for Leonard Cheshire Disability.
In 2005 Re-Format proposed a scheme for the site on Old Acre Road which consisted of 2 self-contained offices, 5 one-bedroom flats, 2 two-bedroom houses and 3 two-bedroom houses. The scheme gained planning permission and also won a national Housing Design Award.
